First Print.... Happy Happy Joy Joy

I got my Robo 3D R1 today, and I was anxious to get printing. I followed the getting started video as closely as I could. Even picking the comb to be my first print. I figured it would be quick, no supports, and I actually could use a comb. It turned into a large pile of PLA thread in a random birds nest. I'm guessing I didn't prepare the surface well enough, and I had to calibrate the z axis. So far my next 3 prints have gone pretty well, and one of them is one of my own drawing.
