Last night I got everything set up and started running good so I went to bed but woke up to this. [IMG]

I did a little research and I tried it again.
    Heat 240/85
    Fan off
    Painters tape and glue stick.

But it's still curling and starting to pull off of the bed?[IMG]

First of all use at least a good brim..

Use pieces of ABS filament and disolve them in Acetone,
Use a paintbrush to smear some very thin of it on your painters tape..
    This gives enormous adhesion.

Make sure there is NO draft inside your robo enclosure.

I just use some cardboard flaps taped to the openings.. works fine too.

Just make sure the ambient temp keeps very stable..
Also print slow this give maximum adhesion to each layer.

and crank up your bed temp to 100c

Okay I will go pick up some acetone tonight. 100?. Ok I will research brims as I know nothing about them?[IMG] and I have this exhaust fan in the back constantly running to get anything that might be put out awey for the house since we run a daycare. So I'm not sure what my options are with the draft. [IMG]. Thank you so much for your help by the way.

Well the ventilation will cause draft, you are pulling away the ambient temp..
Best is to put the robo in the most ventilated room

Oh wow that stuff looks pretty cool. I wonder how easily it cleans off the bed?

Cleans off with alcohol, but you want to leave it on since it does not need replacement after each print.

They have a version coming soon for PLA as well (Wolfbite Nano). Next on my list. Was all set to try this when the Arduino board crapped out. Will have a new one in house in a couple of days. Swap it out, reload the firmware and I am going to test this stuff.

You should add a heater if you're pulling out air from the enclosure. With ABS you want a hot enclosure.

Exactly, more specifically you want the model layers to cool as evenly and slowly as possible. All about the heat management.
I have gotten decent ABS prints with the default setup, but with the shroud you should be getting awesome ABS results.
