Full Graphics LCD Smart Controller

    I just got my Robo R1+ and I'm starting to figure things out on it. I installed an LCD controller but the screen turns on blank. I looked into it a bit and it seems I need to modify my firmware to recognize the LCD screen and also add some library to that firmware. Can someone point me to a good resource for step by step instructions on how to do this?

    Thanks guys. I found a video similar to the one that KTM posted. I'll be trying it this weekend. I now have to figure out how to clear a piece of wood filament that snapped off under my hob bolt that I can't reach with tweezers or pliers. This week has tested my resolve with 3d printing I tell ya. But it's always a great feeling when you work through the problems and get things working right again.

    R1+?
    -Remove the quick release plate
    -drop hotend to bed
    -heat hotend
    -pull filament out with pliers
    -cool hotend
    -reassemble.

    Yep, for the R1+. Is the quick release plate held on by the 2 screws that I saw in some videos on on youtube for the R1?

    No, the quick release is the R1+ (screws come in from the bottom, but you only loosen one).
