Getting there, need yoda's help

Your issues seem totally centered (really) on getting the layers to bond and that is temperature related, I am almost certain. Assuming the first layer is good, try not lowering the temperature for subsequent layers. Keep it steady on a single temperature. Perhaps you do need to run even a touch hotter.

Practice on something small and see if you can't resolve the layer bonding by stabilizing the temperature.

(frankly, except for the bonding issues which you can't really see well in the pictures, your prints look quite good.)
