The gold nuts on the z axis came away from the x axis. When I went to unscrew the bolts attached to the x axis bracket one worked like a charm... The other is rotating the nut and bolt in the plastic x axis housing...... HELP!!!

Do you have a pic so I know exactly what part you are referring to?

Since you are new you might not be able to post a pic. Is the bottom box on this image what you are referring to? The captive nut on the back of this bracket?

That is the bracket I am referimg to. I cannot loosen the screw to allow the gold nut to fit back inside of it. The small bolt with nut on that bracket are rotating in place.

You need to hold the nut to loosen the screw.

Yes. I know. But I cannot get ahold of it. It's sunk into the plastic bracket...

Ah yes so you can try to wedge a flat head screw driver in against the nut to hold it in place. Youll need to print a new paet to fix the issue

I'll try the flat head... But you are correct I need a new plastic bracket. But I cannot make one with my printer being like this.
