Havn't got my Robo yet. But on my modified replicator 2, I use glue stick and 55C on the glass bed. works great.

On my Robo I use the blue masking tape because it's easier to remove after printing.

EDIT: Make sure to buy the widest tape rolls you can find so you don't have to run as many strips.

Hairspray mostly, but if I'm having issues I'll use tape cleaned with isopropyl alcohol then a light spray of hairspray.

Wipe the tape off with alcohol, then spray hair spray on top of that?

Yeah you're removing any grease or oil on the tape, then coating it with a layer of polymer. It's not really necessary but I find it helps.

I may have to do that, or at least spray the hairspray on top of the tape, because the tape I've used in my last few prints (new rolls from Home Depot that were 2" wide instead of 1" wide) keep having the print separate from the tape for any object taller than the widest point of it's base.

With some of the pla behaving badly, I use blue tape with glue stick. Usually for tall very narrow based parts, so that they don't fall over for lack of adhesion.

I quit using blue tape because it was sticking too much. Broke a glass build plate ( on a diffrent printer ) trying to get a print off the tape. Also sometimes if i got warping it would pull the tape off the bed.
