Just like the title says, the heat bed is not working. I have a new robo r1+ and i am new to printing. The extruder will heat up to 210, but the heat bed will just stay put at exactly 26, but it needs to be 50. Any ideas?

edit: the heat bed is fixed, my latest reply has the newest issue of the printer.

Check the wiring to the ramps board. More than likely a ramps board failure at Q3

No. All they have is this:

    http://guide.robo3d.com/

and that does not include any videos on the control boards.

Your best bet is to look through NoviceExperts YouTube videos:

    https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCBGNc_mOP_amZNrNj6lAwHg

    He has a good selection.

The printer has all of the electronics under the bed (you need to turn it upside down to access). There is a power supply and Arduino mega and a RAMPS 1.4 shield on top of the Arduino that controls everything. There is a fan under there that cools the RAMPS. You need to make sure if you remove the bottom that it gets reconnected when you put it back on...

long time no reply from me, i got it fixed with a cable that was not connected to the motherboard or something like that. That printer then has an issue that is a m999 error. the robo tech support think that we should bring it back and get another one, that we do. (we is my family) the new one works fine EXCEPT i havent printed anything due to the z axis only going up and not down. thank you for any help.

If the Z only goes up then that is because it thinks it is already 'down' all the way. There are two Z axis switches and either one of them reporting triggered/home makes the arduino think the extruder is touching the bed.

Check them out and make sure one is not out place or has a wire disconnected.

I can simulate the behavior on mine by simply disconnecting a wire from one Z switch :)
