I thought my thermistor was messed up, but I have come to the conclusion that my heater block get loose when it get to 130 degrees and then I can spend my hand once it is cooled off.

I tightened it up twice and the same thing is happening. Do I need to get a new heater block?

If your heater block is loose, that means your nozzle and heat break aren't tight against each other. They should be tightened against each other cold, then re-tightened again while hot. Otherwise they WILL leak and you get a big jam and mess.
