If you check on the ramps board, is the power input connector plugged in properly?

To verify, you can't get anything to heat up and none of the motors move, ever.

I think you found it... but I need help

First, the plug was only partially attached. Secondly, the red wire was not in any of the holes - it was loose. Where do I attaché it?

Also, when taking the cover the power line to the small fan came off. Where does it get attached on the board...

 

Hard to tell exactly which one is disconnected but it goes red black red black, like this:

Mine looks a little different... Should I put it in with the other red wires?

No it goes with the blue wires on the bottom. pay less attention to what's coming in vs where the pin is located
