    how use to matter control options setting no.1 and no.2 picture stuff make?

    Disregarding what you are printing...

    It looks like you have either one or more loose belts or slipping set screws on the pulleys (or some combination of both). I would suggest you :
    1) Tighten the belts
    2) check all pulley set screws and loctite.
