Unanswered Hotbed burned out, where do i get a new one thats wired for robo3d?

    I smelled burning something the last few times i used it and now it doesnt work, this bed has a different plug than other printers where can i get one that is already wired for robo?

    Robo is likely the only source of direct replacements, but you can make most any of the generic heatbeds work if they are rated for 12vdc.

    Just make sure it is the bed and not the RAMPS board since the common cause of bed failure is the Q3 MOSFET dies on the RAMPS board. Check the heated bed power output from the RAMPS board with a multimeter and see if you are getting 12-14vdc on the output when the bed is supposed to be on. If so, it is the bed .. if not it is the RAMPS.
