    So both of them can't fit. What can I do to make this work?

    Here are my details :

    R1 Plus
    PLA @ 190 c
    Bed @ 50 c
    Layer = 0.3 mm

    That's too bad, I can't help with that. MatterControl does too much behind the scenes without allowing the user to adjust. This is by design as Matterhackers wants Mattercontrol to be as easy as plug and play (of course 3D printing never will be that easy). Maybe someone more familiar with MC can assist with redefining perimeter extrusion width or other adjustments.

    I want to try other slicer but with my limited knowledge of Gcodes & such makes me only stick to Mattercontrol.

    You don't need any more GCode knowledge to get good prints out of others than with MC. In fact, I can't remember the last time I needed to fiddle around with GCode.

    You need to add more top and bottom layers to the slicer -- that will help your issue. Looks like it is using the default of 2 or 3 (and probably at a 0.2 mm layer height). Always give yourself at least 1mm of shell. Maybe even more.

    Like @WheresWaldo I can't tell you how to do this with MatterControl.
