I had a large print fail last night, and you can see from the pic that the PLA has gummed up and wrapped itself around the cover. I cannot seem to get it out. Please help! Its Robo3d R1 with auto level.[IMG]

Call Robo or email their replacement parts folks:

    http://robo3d.com/warranty/

However you can make sure the thermistor is correctly positioned and just wrap the hotend heater block in kapton tape and that will serve the same purpose.

Down side to hexagon is spare parts availability (or rather : there are no spare parts available).

Kapton Tape or RTV sealer coating.
