Unanswered How would I check voltage to the extruder?

    I just got off the phone with help desk. My hot end will not heat up and I am getting the Printer is stopped due to errors Fix the errors and use and use M999 to restart error

    They told me to check the voltage. Has anyone done this before? Thanks

    What errors?
    There is an error in the log (somewhere) that kicked it all off. You need to look through the console log and find the error.

    Min Temp, Max Temp, or temp fall.

    Check your thermistor wiring and/or schedule a 1 on 1 with robo, their tech support line isn't very skilled
