Unresolved inconsistances of extrusion of plastic

    Every time I print I have to worry about plastic coming out inconsistent and possible jamming. I have a 1.0 volcano nozzle from e3d and the diameter of the plastic is within .05+-. I have a recessed robbed bolt but seems to grind the filamint after long periods of time. What can I do to fix this problem.

    Have you seasoned? Ran an oiler?
