Unresolved Issues with print quality

    There seems to be issues at the start and end of each layer when printing ABS...im not sure if it is setting in the G-code or the printer...please see the attached pic as a reference of what i am seeing in my prints...if anyone has some ideas to try or solution, i would greatly appreciate it.

    Looks like over extrusion (try reducing extrusion %). Randomize starting points in each layer as well.

    Also try calibrating your extruder steps

    Yea, the extruder steps is the permanent solution.

    I assume this is something set in the system firmware and should work regardless if I use a dedicated PC or seperate controller...?

    Yeah you flash it to the arduino board so it sticks

    Sweet, just so I am clear, I just hook up the robo to a pic and flash those setting to it...right?

    To PC yes (or a Macintosh, or a Rasberry Pi, any computer that the Ardunio programmer will run on)
