    Hi Malte.

    1. When it Jams does it chew up the filament or just stop extruding?
    2. is the motor still spinning?
    3. Is the fix to just pull out the filament and put more in?
    4. Are you using PLA? Have you read about an oiler?

Worst case you remove the brass nozzle and clear the clog and pull it out.
    Care is needed because:
    1) You should loosen it hot
    2) you need two wrenches.. 1 to hold the heater block and the other to turn the nozzle. You DO NOT want to torque the small bit of metal (the neat break) above the heater block.

When you put it back you snug it in place with the hotend, hot.
    The reverse of the removal.

Ok so then the nozzle is clogged. So to remove the nozzle must be hot. Use a 7mm wrench and i think its a 16mm. The 7 mm goes on the nozzle the 16 should fit on the block the nozzle threads to. Break the nozzle loose then remove, be careful its hot. This should let you pull out the filament. Then youll want to take a torch to the nozzle to clear the stuck plastic. Once its clear put the nozzle back on the heater block. Dip your filament in canola oil and send it through. This will season the nozzle.

Be careful when doing this work the wires are delicate and will be energized. And its hot ! :)

You could have stopped there and saved a half-a dozen characters from being typed :)
