Here's a Picture of my latest 3D printed project. I put my year old roll of aqua blue test filament to good use. I printed the hovercraft hull in separate parts. To glue the PLA together I used White Epoxy. I learned from my last R/C aircraft project that CA glue does not hold together under high stress. You are better off either welding the PLA (I have not mastered that process yet) or Epoxy.
This Hovercraft will have a PX4 flight controller. I plan on modifying the code for a differential thrust fix wing aircraft. The downward fan will initially be full throttle on / off. Eventually I'll come up with terrain settings.
I am not sure if I'm going to use foam or an inflatable skirt.
