Solved Layers not binding

Hi guys
I have just begun using S3D and have come across this problem of the layers not joining together. Does anyone know the cause and the solution.

I would have to guess it could be temperature either to low or what I was having s ceiling fan blowing on abs.
You really need to include what material, your settings.....
