    I have the R1 model

I am trying to print a file this morning and the nozzle doesn't level with the print bed, touching the bed on the left , but missing it by almost 1/8" on the right, resulting in hopeless and formless squiggles on that side (I took a photo if you care to see).

the glass bed is level on its own support, and my desk is quite level too.

Any suggestion on how to remedy this?

    Thanks

Do you have any pics of your z endstops? I want to make sure both are sitting correctly on the brass nuts. Have you tried leveling your x axis to the bed doing a paper leveling? Auto Bed Leveling sometimes needs a bit more help with the robo since it uses the nozzle as the probe.

That is clearly off across the X and @danzca6 is dead on correct... if the X is not level already then autoleveling will fail.

Ditto, do a paper level like @danzca6 suggested and if the problem remains you can shim between the magnets on the low side.
