Unresolved MatterControl has stopped working

For some reason MatterControl is no longer launching. I get the window "MatterControl has stopped working" and get the following:

Any suggestions?

 

Found the problem. Someone, somewhere suggested deleting the file ../users/appdata/mattercontrol. At least I think that was the link. Deleted and reloaded and everything works again.....
