I use Slic3r latest version and Matter Control latest version V5 firmware

Try changing your settings using 0.2046 layer height.

Picture 4, showing the body, (very nice : ) resize that model to the same size as the other one so you can compare Apples to Apples!

I don't have the link, it gets update from the Matter Control software itself. The firmware is V5, you can see it at the bottom of the Matter Control - Control screen

The default mid resolution for the Robo3D printer is 0.2046

Did you follow all those settings I listed? Try that first and see what quality you get.

Don't change any of those settings and expect to find an answer to issues. If you're following those settings exactly, we can compare results and hone down the issue. The printer is working great using the above settings. So why change it. Use the force Luke!
