Are the print-areas supposed to be bigger than the actual heat-bed on Robo 3D printer? Every time I want to print something that takes up most of the print bed I have to edit the positioning because it might not be inside the heat-bed. If the heat-bed is supposed to be smaller than the print area, is there a way to change the settings so that the print-area and heat-bed line up?

If your referring to the white lines they are just decoration. Off the heat plate is off the glass entirely :)

In direct answer though -- yes. Read the specs. The printable area is larger than the heated area (and larger than what is printed on the glass)..

Many (if not most) filament types do not need a hot bed.
