    Hello,

I just wondered if someone could tell me how to put this thing back on, and what adhesive works best... a picture of another fully assembled Robo 3d would be nice :(... It has totally stopped my entire setup!

    Thanks,
    TOR

Wow, I'm surprised that no one can just put a pic of their "factory" built Robo 3d so I can at least see the fan placement on the bottom corner near the USB plug...

No fan there, I installed one myself... close to that
If yours has a fan it is a later model.

Thanks guys... but how did you install it? I'm just worried about something melting or breaking so I'm a bit scared to even turn this on (I haven't yet) to get it calibrated. The red/black cords do not allow for much room and it even seems that the Robo3d guys have made their own custom piece to attach this too, however, there is nothing indicating where... not even glue residue... help!

    edit typo

I've glued it in this position, blowing over the chipset... thoughts?

That fan was added to help cool the mosfet things (the 2 orange coloured square bits).

The black support should clip onto the PCB edges so the fan is blowing directly down over the mosfets.

I am sure someone who has one fitted can take a picture to show you how it goes.

Thanks guys... I'll try and place the fan closer to the "mosfet"?
