Unresolved New arduino board now, cant upload software

    Hi i have a Mega2560 R3 new board instaled on my robo 3d beta ,now i cant upload the marlin software that i need pleasse help , ill include the error file .
    (my pc can see the board and instaled it correctly but wen i start arduino it won't load the software i did put the board on the right com so ?????)
    it says that it can't connect to the board .

    Couple things to check. Make sure nothing else is open that could already be accessing that port like a slicer. Also, even though this made no sense to me when someone else suggested it to me awhile back, is to uninstall the arduino driver and reinstall it. For some reason that got a new mega working for me that i am using for another project that I couldn't connect to. Hopefully one of those will work for you.

    Also check that you are using the correct board and programmer and COM port within the Arduino IDE. At the very end of your file there are errors stating that the COM port could not be opened.

    burnt both board and ramps gone get new ones thxx for now

    That is usually a mistake in the CONFIGURATION.H, but let us know.
