None of my prints will cover properly. I use cura 15.04.2. This is not the prints fault, it happens on all prints. Is there a setting i might have messed with by accident that may have caused his?
Sorry for the bad picture, i had to use my laptop camera.

How many top and bottom layers do you have it set for?
    How thick are your layers?

    Looks like you need more.

Assuming a default of 3 layers with a 0.4 nozzle and a 0.2 layer height you have only (about) one half of a MM top and bottom layers.
That is not much. Not much at all.

Whatever you want, but me... I would want at least 1.5-2.0 mm (depends on the size of the model).

Unless you are printing really small items or have very fine details in your models, 0.1 mm layer height is usually overkill. Prints take way too long for almost no gains in quality. This is just a personal opinion.

The other issue you will need to consider is your infill percentage. If it is on the low side (less than 25%), it will take more layers to get a smooth covering. When I print at 20% I usually need nearly 1 mm of top layer to get a really nice and fully covered finish on the top. The bottom is not as critical since it goes down before the infill.
