I have my printer set up off network. I utilize the USB drive to transfer print files.

Everything worked fine for two weeks but now the printer is no longer seeing the USB drive. My PC recognizes the drive fine.

    Anyone experience this issue?

Try reformatting the drive. Is is a flash drive or SD card? If it is an SD card use SDFormatter. Otherwise Windows or Mac formatting if it's a Flash drive.

I think it has to be a USB stick, not a flash drive.
The Pi has the USB port exposed front/rear but no extra SD card slots that I am aware of (maybe I missed it*).

Sadly, I have not used that method. Since the OctoPi is in my WiFi I never have to touch it other than turn it on/off.
If formatting it does not solve it you may have a cable that has come loose.

    *not shocking :)
