Pololu Z axis increase (integrated steppers)

    So im kind of a newb when it comes to calcing out what works in the firmware and with the on board electronics. So, i found these https://www.pololu.com/product/2690 since im hesitant to lose z axis height on the robo, in fact i want more. I would like to know if these steppers can be used electronics wise, and what would i have to modify in the firmware to make it work. as in like what steps per mm for z axis travel. THANK YOU

    They will work but not without modifying other things. Step are in a single line of Configuration.h and can be adjusted there. http://prusaprinters.org/calculator/ will help you calculate the proper steps per mm.
