    To whom it may concern,
my printer's heated bed will not heat up after a print. I set the temperature of the bed to 110 degrees Celsius. The bed kept its temperature all though that print but it has not been able to heat after that. When I tell it to preheat to 80 degrees Celsius, the "Matter Control" software reports the temperature of the bed to go up to 23 degrees and will very slowly and randomly fluctuate the tenths of a degree between 0,1,2,5, and 8. It will not go any higher then 23 degrees. If the extruder is heated and is close to the bed "Matter Control" will report an increase in temperature of about 2-5 degrees.
I have tried re-installing both the “Matter Control” software and the driver for the printer. I unplugged the bed from the board and plugged a volt meter into the control board where the bed’s heating coil would hook up. When I turned the printer on it was outputting 12 volts, and when I told it to preheat the voltage dropped from 12 to 8 volts. I also took an ohm meter to the bed’s wires that would connect to the board, it measured only 2.2 ohms.
I ordered and received the printer in October of this year.
Would you be able to tell me what is wrong, and what is the phone number for tech support?

    Thank you for your assistance.

If you tried telling it to go to 110 and it heated up above 85 it will trigger the max temp alarm. This will prevent any heatup until the system is reset.

2.2ohms is a little higher than the 1.4ohms expected.

    Mr. Kelly,
How do you reset the system?

The problem was that the board failed.
