Unresolved Print Quality issues

    Ok I just installed a new wire harness sent to me by Robo and had a tough time getting printer to print on print bed. Had a few rounds where layers not sticking and now I have the bellow quality issues. I am using Matter Control on high level with a Z Offset of 0.5. I have tried various settings and no luck.     I bet your ramps cooling fan is unplugged causing the Z axis to overheat. Verify that's plugged in and running when the printer is powered on
