   My prints seem to be coming out fine, but even tho the bottom of them are smooth as glass this is what they look like. Any help would be appreciated.

   My best guess is that the bed or extrusion is just a bit hot for the bottom layer. Sometimes if it is too hot the next layer will pick up little bits of the previous layer. You could try lowering the extrusion temperature a few (very few) degrees.
