Unresolved Printer not working

    Was working fine for 3 weeks using 2 different computers (apple & pc).

    I plug it in and the blue led's light up. The bed does not move and there is no noise of fans.

    When I connect a computer the message is "is not available".

    Any suggestions for troubleshooting this?

    Reload the drivers (PC at least)
    Try another USB cable
    Try another USB port
    (if you have one) Try a USB hub
