Unresolved "Printer stopped due to errors. Fix the error and use M999 to restart. "

    What's happening? I just got this printer and it's extremely unreliable.

    Call Robo Tech Support. Once on the phone with them they can ask you the correct questions to help you solve whatever issue might be causing this.

    Ok. So this is something common then? Cause when I last called they didn't know what zits were and it kind of made me loose a little bit of hope/trust in them.

    Try to ask for someone in tier two support.
    Not common but there is no context in your original message, so it is nearly impossible to even venture a guess.

    Wait is tier 2 24 hours too?

    Not that I am aware, I have never called them, I think they are CA business time only (GMT-8, PDT).

    For future reference when you get this sort of error read the entire GCode console log until you find the actual error. That way you know what to look at.
