I have the first version of the Robo 3d (non-heated bed) and have changed the stock hot end for the E3D hot end. When I first changed hotends the printer worked fine. Now after a few months I am having an issue where it will print the first two layers perfectly but then when it gets to the third layer it will start extruding very inconsistently, and ultimately stop printing altogether. I have tried varying print temperatures with no change in outcome. Currently I am doing the first two layers at 210C, and then drop the temp 200C. I have also recently cleaned the nozzle and down stem.

Any suggestions on what I could try to fix this issue?

Also be sure your first layer is not too low
