R2 not reading USB drive

Thats kind of what I figured when there were no positive follow-ups.

Any advice on connecting to Octoprint? I can't get my computer to connect to it, or even see it on my network. When I try WiFi hotspot, it asks for the API code, and the only thing that comes up is a QR code box, no API code for me to type in.

Yes, I am unable to connect by finding it on my network, wifi direct, or through the app.

I am beginning to regret my purchase - I bought two of these.

Also, I just found that one of them is missing a bed leveling screw cap. I opened up the bottom compartment to see if it fell off during shipping, but cant find it anywhere.

Frustrating.
