I have an R1 and my y belt tensioner just came apart. Anyone know where I can get a replacement on short order? I am right in the middle of a project.

    Thanks!

Other than printing one, contacting Robo is your best bet (replacement part request off of the main site).

Glue/epoxy may hold it back together well enough to print a replacement.

Print two, or three (they print quick)

I have bad luck. The end that snapped off went skipping off and is lost in my workshop. I may try to epoxy the nut right to the plastic and hope that might hold out long enough to print one out.

Zip ties are the best "quick fix" for most any belt tensioner issue

I didn't think about it at first, but even this part could temporarily be replaced with a combination of zip ties. Very good point, sir.
