i took the control out and it stopped doing it.

now when i get the hotend the height i want and i start my print
it does its thing (leveling the bed) after that it levels again and my height of my hotend is high and the filament is not sticking to the bed

assuming using repetier copy and paste you start gcode block just to make sure it is all right
confused as to why it would be leveling twice

not 100%familiar with MC but if it has a startup GCODE section copy it from there you can look through it yourself you should only see one G29 command issued

also if it has a startup Gcode section and it contains a G29 command make sure that when the software runs the autolevel is turned off if that is even possible

I'm not sure if I could see the GCode. There is a auto level enable and disable.

OK go into MC and when you are connected to the printer where it say queue toward the middle of the window

To the far right you will see advanced Controls click that.
Then you will see three headings controls, slice settings and configurations...select slice settings
Now in the middle of the lower part of the screen you will see three headings again
this time select Printer and to the far right you will see an option to Show all setting check that box
you now see a new category called Custom G-Code Select that
to the right you will see two boxes Start and End G Code
I want you to copy what you see in the start Gcode and paste it here

Ok with that code you need to NOT have the autolevel routine enabled in MC

Basically the G29 is the autolevel

so make sure is is not enabled and then run a print and see if it works any better
