Unresolved Robo 3d stopped being recognized by computer

    Plugging in the USB cable no longer makes a connection to the computer. I tried on 2 computers. Powers on, green light coming from the control board. not sure what might be wrong. Any clues? tried on windows 8.1 and windows 7.

    Does your computer show the device when you go to control panel --> Device manager. It might show up as an exclaminationmark.

    Try a new cable (usually that is the culprit)
    Try a powered USB hub between the computer and the printer.
