Roboprint not connecting to E3 via wifi

    Hello,
    When connecting via Roboprint & WiFi, and entering the IP address that is shown on the E3, it is not connecting. We have been able to do so before. Our WiFi checks out ok and other printer brands are working with WiFi. The firmware is updated. The printer is able to connect to our MyStemKits cloud OS.

    Did you make the E3 have a static up address ? I had issues with my router changing the IP when roboprint tried to connect.
