My query does not have so much to do with the printer itself, but with the MatterControl app. I designed an object in FormZ and MeshMixer. It measures 5.5" X 4.25" X 0.625". That's inches. When I import it into MatterControl to print, it now measures 5.5 mm X 4.25mm X 0.62mm. Minuscule little thing...

    What I am doing wrong?

    You have confused units.
One program is using metric and the other SAE.

(I don't use either of them so I can't help you with instructions).

@daniel871 is dead on for treating the symptoms, but really since you are doing all of this you need to fix the units :)

Always design in millimeters for something like a 3D printer, yes.
