Unanswered SD Card Slot - any mods to fix the hole of despair?

    My big clumsy fingers have lost many sc cards into it and I have to halfway take the back off several times to recover them. I tried to figure out how to fix it other than trying to be careful.

    Anyone come up with a solution or am I the only one that is just that clumsy?

    Add an LCD display and that replaces the internal micro SD card with an external (full-size) one.

    I have to agree the LCD mod was the best value for improved usability. Even if buying the more expensive xxl LCD. (See www.printedsolid.com)

    Well I just ordered the Robo3D Upgrade Bundle #1 from printedsolid. might as well take the plunge.

    Man those things sold out quick from @Printed Solid. You might have gotten the last one. Nice that they are packaging upgrades at a discount. I wonder what is going to be behind bundle #2? lol

    @danzca6 In retrospect, I probably should have ordered a bunch of inventory BEFORE starting the bundles, but I really didn't expect them to go as fast as they did!
    There will be more for sure. Feel free to make suggestions.

    Best to start printing the feet and display holder while waiting for it to arrive.

    @Printed Solid, how about something bundled with S3D? Like the enclosure, some of that fancy filament, or the nozzle Fun Pack. It's all good stuff.

    With the exception of the top of the line extruder BUT THAT CAN GET COSTLY.

    Well got it installed just had to fix a bent pin. Only one glitch, the pot push down sometimes sticks, any fixes or solutions for that?
