Solved Shattered bed on r1plus

    My r1plus bed shattered on its 3rd print. I found the left z axis end stop dislodged and the screw out.
    I was shocked that robo will not honor the warranty and said the glass is not fully covered. What else is not covered. Has anyone else had the same problem.

    Ths glass is only covered in shipping though i would call and talk to them again. Expecially as new as it is.

    I have only heard of the bed not being covered. They were always very good to me during my warranty period.

    If you posted this on Facebook you should read the responses. One of the Robo 3D founders already responded to you

    This is really awesome of them, after all : glass is breakable. I can understand them only covering shipping damage.
