So what did you figure out with S3D? was it adjusting the extrusion multiplier?

 

MM Dunno... with ABS i switchet Extrusor T° from 235° to 225° and Bed T° From 80° to 100°

 

The dinosaur skull looks great. I never have that luck with ABS - might have to switch to S3D

 

Lower part: Matter Control - No Support - Low Quality
Upper part: S3D - With Supports - Medium Quality

The upper part is smooth and you cant figure where the layers are.

 

When i get home from work i'll upload a Wolf skull made with White abs..

 

I dont like simplify3d forum cause you have to wait untill a moderator see your message.

So im playing with extrusión multiplier, and still rough top surface. I also saw the extrusion is set to "manual" and not automatic
