    I'm sure i'm not the only one wondering this

    Who did you guys hire to take care of your Facebook page ?

    i don't want to hide the posts made by Robo3D but having to keep scrolling down on %90 useless posts just gets to you...

    I like them. They're trying to expand their social presence. What would you consider useful that isn't 3d printing industry news?

    after i stopped letting the dumb posts get to me i have to comment on on this again

    When a company makes a 24 hour deal like Blackfriday, and posts about it. maybe the @$#% that is posting should check if someone asks questions before the offer expires

    I think their Facebook presence is at present : one-way.
    (unidirectional) They seem to be challenged enough responding to technical support requests here. I doubt they have the bandwidth to process that as well (not defending it, mind you, just saying...) They are probably using that purely for marketing reasons.

    Their support/feedback loop has been their major issue from day 1 (try posting a technical support issue to them and measure the time to get an answer). For another example, what about upgrade kits? Even if they are not ready to sell them, they should be making (and publishing) plans for existing customers who want to give them more money.

    I love their product, but they do need to step up their game a bit.
