Sleeve bearings

The R2 I just got had very little wear so I was surprised when I pulled up on the printhead and felt tremendous slop in the sleeve bearings in the bushing blocks.

I would like to know if others have the same slop.

 

I recently got a used R2. I noticed the slop when I was cleaning it a bit and pulled up on the print head. I bought replacement bearings from partsbuilt. The come in pack of four ( two x direction and two y direction).

It was worth it. I would replace the bearings on the end of the bigger rods which has timing belt.

When taking the rods out take note of the plastic bushings. One is longer than other three.
