    Some of the best support and info came from shoutbox. Being an IT person, it bugs me that I've seen two unannounced maintenances on this site. I wonder what the usage pattern is...hopefully the outage is scheduled when folks generally aren't using the site. Definitely not the case for shoutbox.

    Appears to have gotten lost during the update. Hopefully it gets back up soon.

    I'm sure it has something to do with @Soupaboy.
    I checked with Harry (the guy who manages the forum and formerly an active member) about it. He is aware. Last I checked he was out of town and had applied some bug fixes, but needed more time to get the shoutbox up and running again.
