I have been using R2 for 1 week, with a rollercoaster of a ride.

On day 1, the scraper within the box pretty much ruined the bed surface.

Prints are proving difficult to remove after 1 week.

How much is a new bed?

    Any other tips?

I shall be lowering my Z by 0.05mm, I've been told this could help, but fear how the bed is, could not be enough.

    Hairspray on a hot bed?

    Any thoughts welcomed.

    Hi Gary,
If your prints are sticking to hard you need to increase the distance (Z offset) from the nozzle to the bed. If the bed is toast you'll need to get Robo on the phone and talk with them about it. R2 parts are not listed in the store yet.

Hairspray is fine to use on the bed, but under the PEI is a sheet of aluminum you dont want to scratch up so I'd recommend talking with them about replacement PEI. (mind getting hairspray all over the motion parts) Might want to remove the bed and spray, then hook back up
