    A container of Calcium Chloride (available at Home Depot as ice remover) would pull out any remaining moisture pretty quickly.
    Lithium chloride works VERY well, but not available commonly. Ebay works.

    I keep my PLA in an airtight 40l (~9 gallon) brewer's bin with 500g of silica gel. Hygrometer reads around 10% and it's good for around 8 spools. It's as big as I can get away with before the missus complains :)
