Assuming that this is still what is happening then my opinion remains the same -- bad switch.

If you have verified the switches are physically good and that they are wired correctly to the RAMPS board then a bad or loose connection between the RAMPS and the switches is the only possible answer.

Post a picture of the endstops connection to the RAMPS board.

At this point it appears that you have eliminated the switches, the wiring and the connection to the RAMPS as possible problems.
That leaves the RAMPS or the Arduino itself as the only possible suspects left. Try replacing the RAMPS and then the Arduino. You will need to reload the firmware when you replace the arduino (but not if you only replace the RAMPS).

You need to either contact Robo for replacement parts under warranty or buy them.
I am suggesting that you replace the RAMPS card first and if that doesn't fix it then replace the Arduino.

I am just not sure what else can be the problem. This behavior is almost always just a bad Z axis switch (or a bad connection, bad wire, something like that). I have never seen this be bad electronics. If you have tested the switches and wiring then all that is left is the electronics boards.

I hate suggesting repairs when I can not be certain of the problem. 99% of the time this is a simple problem reading the switches.
