Temperature regulation on the hotend

    I have started using 50 watt heaters. I was surprised at how much this improved regulation. Now I get +/- 0.2C at pretty much any hotend temp. I also am able to print at 280C without a problem. I use an E3D hotend with a 35mm dual ball bearing fan.

    I think the attached charts explains the better regulation. The temperature rise and fall on the print head are about the same, so the PID algorithm is working with close to optimal heating.
